In December 2019, SOLUTIONSpeople.com surveyed people who worked in human resources, training, and talent development for companies on the FORTUNE 500, The GLOBAL 500 and Inc. 5,000 lists. In total, 2,087 people responded via Linkedin and Survey Monkey.  We were able to track and confirm that 100% the FORTUNE 500 and 100% of the GLOBAL 500 companies had people respond to the survey. 

5 Key Survey Conclusions:

• 51% Plan to Offer Innovation Training to Their Organizations in 2020
• 10% of Training Will Be for Senior Executives
• 16% Will Provide Training Organization-Wide
• 42% of Training Will Include Live Workshops
• 35% of Training Will Be Offered Online or Through a Learning Management System (LMS)
